Eligibility Requirements

1. This lot contains excisable products (alcohol). Only bidders meeting all regulatory requirements (including valid Excise Licence and compliance with Excise Duty provisions) are eligible. Successful bidders who fail to meet these requirements will not be permitted to take possession of the goods and the 25% deposit shall be forfeited.
